Frank Gaspari

CEO

Frank is a serial entrepreneur who founded FlexPrint, LLC in Mesa, AZ in 2005. Frank and his team grew FlexPrint into the largest independent national provider of MPS.  In 2015, Frank leveraged FlexPrint as the platform company for Flex Technology Group.  Frank is the CEO of Flex Technology Group and has joined with Oval Partners, a multi-family office Private Equity Firm, to build out a national group of high performing print dealers that can service enterprise and major accounts throughout the United States.  Today, Flex Technology Group is comprised of over 1,000 dedicated employees located from coast to coast.

Frank started his entrepreneurial career in Chicago, co-founding Column Office Equipment in 1990 and Image Manufacturing in 1998.  Both companies were acquired by Global Imaging Systems (GISX), now a subsidiary of Xerox, in 1999 and 2004 respectively.  Frank served as president of GISX’s Chicago Office Technology Group and his team was recognized on multiple occasions with the Chairman’s Award as GISX’s top performing company.  When Frank left GISX in 2005 to start Flexprint LLC, the next two presidents of GISX’s Chicago operations were executives that he developed.

Frank currently resides in Paradise Valley, Arizona with his wife Anne and their two daughters. Frank is the seventh of eight children of Richard & Isabelle Gaspari and is a lifelong Chicago Sports Fan.

Tom Callinan

President

After serving as a consultant for FlexPrint for 12 years, Tom Callinan joined the FlexPrint team as President in 2017. Tom brings over 30 years of industry experience and is responsible for the day to day operations of the company.

Tom founded Copifax, a Philadelphia based print dealership in 1987 and sold it to IKON in 1997. For the next eight years, Tom held various leadership roles at IKON, including CFO of a $335 million business unit and president of multiple business units, culminating in his leadership of IKON’s largest business unit at $1.4 billion. Tom is most proud of his teams’ focus on employee development resulting in 90% of IKON’s senior management and executive promotions coming from his business unit. IKON was subsequently acquired by Ricoh.

Prior to joining FlexPrint, Tom spent a decade consulting for the leading companies in the industry. Tom is a graduate of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mike Weetman

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Mike Weetman joined the FlexPrint team in August 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. Mike brings over 30 years of finance leadership at well-known companies like Yahoo, DreamWorks and 20th Century Fox. In his most recent assignment as CFO/COO of Whalerock Digital, Mike grew the company from start-up to over $100M.

Mike’s significant background in finance and other operational business areas will be a tremendous benefit to the FlexPrint family of companies.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Finance from the Stellenbosch University.

Chase Cabanillas

Chief Information Officer

Mr. Chase Cabanillas joined the FlexPrint team in October 2017 as Chief Information Officer. Chase brings over 15 years of progressive IT leadership to the team, where he will oversee Information Technology for FlexPrint’s expanding family of companies, building a world-class IT team that delivers differentiated value to the business.

Prior to FlexPrint, Chase led the Digital Innovations team at the Kroger company, where he focused on creating new platforms that enhanced Kroger’s online/digital customer experiences. He’s also held various leadership positions at Harris Teeter and Basha’s Supermarkets, overseeing digital technology and operations, technology architecture, and enterprise IT infrastructure.

Chase earned his Master’s in Business Administration and Applied Computer Science/Software Engineering from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Rose Grande

Chief Human Resources Officer

Rose Grande joined Flex Technology Group as Chief Human Resources Officer in September 2018.  Rose brings to FTG an executive background that is bolstered by nearly two decades of human resource and employee relations experience with American Traffic Solutions, StandardAero, Landmark Aviation, and General Electric.  As FTG continues to rapidly expand its workforce, Rose’s leadership will play a pivotal role in helping new employees integrate into FTG’s unique corporate culture and ensuring that all employees have an enthusiastic advocate. Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Queens College and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from City University of New York–Brooklyn College.

Mike Martos

Vice President of Technical Services

Mr. Mike Martos joined the FlexPrint team in October 2016 as Vice President of Technical Services. Mike brings over 32 years of technical services experience, providing leadership that elevate customer experiences. He will be leading our national service team, ensuring that quality of service continues to be differentiator for FlexPrint. Mike has executive ownership of leading and developing a geographically disbursed technical team who are passionate about offering outstanding service. His expertise will help FlexPrint to continuously innovate and improve our service offerings, internal processes, and workflow to enhance end-user experiences and drive improved results.

Prior to joining FlexPrint, Mike held several executive level positions with Chicago Office Technology Group, AOE, and Danka, where he provided service leadership and direction for implementations, installations, and service support along with driving high levels of customer service. While at Chicago Office Technology Group, Mike held a secondary role with the parent company Global Xerox as GIS VP of Service Employee Development. This role included development of GIS Technical Service Trainers, Leadership Development with the first and second level Service Managers and consisted of training seminars across the US based on Regional Service needs. Mike also served on the GIS Service Leadership committee.

Scott Blitz

Vice President of Marketing

Scott Blitz joined the FlexPrint team in August 2018 as Vice President of Marketing.  Scott brings to FTG more than 25 years of industry leadership having previously served as the president of Global Imaging System’s Arizona Office Technologies (AOT), a Xerox subsidiary. Prior to his time at AOT, Scott was a regional sales manager for Sharp Electronics and an area sales manager at Danka Office Imaging, subsequently acquired by Konica Minolta.

With Flex Technology Group, Scott will be working with our vendor partners, as well as supporting our sales growth by better enabling our sales leadership.  Scott’s background and experience as a highly successful executive will be a significant benefit as we continue to grow the Flex Technology Group.

 

Ron Nielson

Vice President of Sales

Ron Nielson was named Vice President of Sales for Flex Technology Group in September 2018. Ron brings nearly three decades of executive sales leadership at IKON and Ricoh. Ron will further enhance the company’s customer-centric approach to create innovative, value-based solutions designed to grow revenue and profitability across FTG’s family of businesses.  Ron knows that a talented sales team is instrumental in building the committed relationships that are crucial to success in our industry.

Bill Glos

Vice President of Leasing

Bill Glos was named Vice President of Leasing for Flex Technology Group in August 2018. Bill has more than 20 years of equipment leasing experience with Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S. Bancorp, and Copelco Capital, Bill works with our sales teams on complex leasing arrangements and oversees FTG’s leasing vendor relationships to ensure the best leasing opportunities for customers. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Boston College.

Jeff Wilson

Vice President of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development for Flex Technology Group, Jeff Wilson focuses on business development for the company. In this role, he develops long-term customer relationships by differentiating FTG from industry competitors, motivating the FTG companies to generate national business opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

Jeff’s understanding of the market and ability to motivate stems from his prior industry experience. Previously, Jeff served as Regional Sales Manager for Print Inc. in San Diego, overseeing accounts in the California and Phoenix markets for more than six years. Earlier in his career, Jeff served as Sales Manager for Infinity Mortgage Company in Bellevue, Wash.

Jeff earned degrees in business administration and kinesiology from Washington State University. He currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and two children.
